Within the framework of the approved goals, as well as taking into account the analysis, a pool of projects has been developed, consisting of business projects, marketing, projects for operations, risks, IT, and HR, aimed at increasing the client base, revenue, UX, and business margins
Based on the results of the analytical stage, analytics material was developed to hold a strategic session to set goals and determine the Bank’s ambitions and goals for 5 years
